US domestic shipping

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days.

    International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-15 business days.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.


Return 

At LORDE, we want you to love every piece you own.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Please note:

  • We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Returned items will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items, accessories, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
